The Ovis World Slam is the taking of at least 12 of the world's wild mountain sheep under fair chase conditions. Recognized by the Grand Slam Club/Ovis (GSCO), it represents one of the most prestigious and expensive achievements in hunting — requiring expeditions across multiple continents.
A hunter must legally harvest and document with GSCO at least 12 different species or subspecies from the recognized wild sheep categories. The Grand Slam of North American Sheep (4 species) is naturally included. Beyond 12, hunters can pursue Super 20, Super 30, and Super 40.
